Step into a rewarding role as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist providing essential support to elementary students across two local sites. This full-time contract position runs from September 4, 2026, to June 17, 2027, where you'll positively impact K–5 students with varying speech and language needs. With a manageable caseload of 40–50 students, you’ll rotate between two elementary schools, fostering communication skills and enriching the academic and social lives of young learners.

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Washington SLP License
• Valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate for Washington
• At least two years of school-based SLP experience, preferably with elementary-aged children
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of current therapeutic approaches and IEP processes

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct speech-language services and therapy to K–5 students
• Conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and monitoring student progress
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Managing and prioritizing a caseload of 40–50 students across two locations
• Providing consultation and resources to school staff and parents
• Maintaining accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines

Compensation for this position is competitive, starting at $50 per hour.
