Required License/Registration/Certification Kentucky Speech-language Pathology (SLP) License and Registration, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) eligible Physical Requirements Pushing, pulling, lifting, and sitting Shift Day Shift. Some weekends, according to department needs. Job Summary Provide consultation, assessment, evaluation and treatment to patients within UK Hospital areas. Provides excellent customer service to patients, families, providers, co-workers (internal and external) by using professional courtesy. To assist the managerial staff in assessing resources and assist in processes to redistribute or enhance resources. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience KY license and eligible for ASHA clinical fellowship or certificate of clinical competence.
