We are hiring a Food and Beverage Manager to lead daily restaurant and bar operations at East Town Kitchen & Bar, located within the Marriott Milwaukee in the heart of downtown Milwaukee, WI. East Town Kitchen & Bar is one of East Town's favorite downtown destinations — known for elevated comfort food, an approachable vibe, and one of the best whiskey lists around, conveniently located on Wisconsin Avenue and Milwaukee Street. In this full-time restaurant management role, you will oversee front-of-house and kitchen operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage P&L, and develop a high-performing food and beverage team at one of Milwaukee's premier hotel dining destinations. The ideal candidate is an experienced restaurant manager, hotel food and beverage manager, dining room manager, F&B supervisor, or assistant general manager with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of operational excellence in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
