Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Saint Louis, Missouri. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Telecommunications Specialist, Telemetry, Saint Louis. This position involves providing specialized telemetry care within a short term acute care facility. The role requires delivering high-quality patient monitoring and responding efficiently to patient needs during night shifts. Job Details Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS); valid Missouri or compact state license or in process; minimum of 2 years of experience in telemetry with on-call required; experience working with cardiac drips, arrhythmia management, and telemetry monitoring on the EPIC charting system Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Magnet or Teaching hospital, Level I Trauma Center, and in patient populations with cardiac conditions such as CHF, arrhythmias, and post-cardiac procedures Additional Information: Role involves managing cardiac telemetry, ready to float within scope to meet facility needs. The position requires compliance with hospital policies on RTO restrictions, float policy, and certification deadlines. All travelers will float within the service line.
