Welder Fabricator1st & 2nd Shift MIG Welder Fabricators needed in Green Bay, WI!Trillium Staffing is currently recruiting for experienced MIG Welder Fabricators who are looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with the company!The MIG Welder Fabricator will be reading routine to complex blueprints and shop drawings to make products per customer specs. The MIG Welder Fabricator will be responsible for various types of weld preparations, welding, assembly, and weld finishing operations to complete custom products in a job shop environment. We are looking for Welders who take ownership of their work and perform to high quality standards. Most jobs will consist of MIG Welding on either stainless steel, aluminum or mild steel.This is a full-time, contract to hire opportunity, with a well-established custom job shop in the Green Bay area. The standard 1st shift hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm. The standard 2nd shift hours are Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 3:30am. Overtime is available. The starting wage is based on experience and weld test results, $23-30/hr.If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the qualifications below, apply now!Qualifications: - 2-4+ years of MIG welding experience in a job shop environment.
