2nd Shift Order SelectorCrown Distributors is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Order Selector for our Topeka facility. No prior warehouse experience is required; we offer comprehensive training for individuals who are punctual, reliable, and capable of meeting the physical demands of the role. This position operates Sunday through Thursday, from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., offering consistent Friday and Saturday days off and allowing you to keep your mornings free.ResponsibilitiesSelecting Customer Orders: Use our voice-directed system with a forearm-mounted iPhone for navigation and a hand-mounted scanner for UPC verification.Pallet Optimization: Efficiently build secure, well-balanced pallets to ensure product stability during transit and damage-free delivery to customers.Staging & Preparation: Secure completed pallets using shrink-wrap and stage them in designated outbound shipping lanes.Operate Equipment: Safely operate electric pallet jacks. (Note: Crown Distributors provides complimentary, in-house forklift certification on the clock once you are ready to advance).Maintain a Safe Work Area: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.Team Dependability: The team depends on each other.
