Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable  Machine Operator to join our plastic injection molding team in Honeoye, NY. This position is responsible for operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts in accordance with production and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
• Perform basic machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers as needed
• Inspect parts for quality, including visual checks and basic measurements
• Remove finished parts from machines, trim excess material, and prepare for packaging
• Maintain clean workstations and follow all safety protocols
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in plastic injection molding or machine operation preferred
• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Team player with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
