Job Description
CNA / Ward Clerk - Medical Surgical

Schedule

12 Hour Shifts, rotating days and nights. Shifts available from 0545-1815 or 1745-0615. Weekends and holidays are rotating.

Assignment Details

36 hours guaranteed per week.

Requirements

• AHA BLS certification.
• CNA certification via a state Nurse Aide Registry.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Completion of a medical terminology course or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently, effective communication skills, attention to detail, and capability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and assist in daily living activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Assist the medical staff with procedures and documentation.
• Perform clerical duties as a Ward Clerk when assigned.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
