Job Description Packaging Associate | Malvern, AR Compensation Pay Range $17.33-20.68 per hour Pay Competitive starting pay rate based on experience and qualifications Increases Eligible for annual and skill-based wage increases Bonuses Eligible for a monthly bonus based on plant productivity Available Shifts 12-hour rotating shifts 07:00 am-07:00 pm 07:00 pm-07:00 am Text to Apply Number 928-668-6539 (928-NOVOLEX) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide support for operation team by working safely to feed material into machines, inspect product for defects and pack finished goods in correct configuration Notifies supervisors of quality issues as they arise Mack minor machine adjustments to minimize interruptions and ensure quality product Maintains good housekeeping practices Able to work safely in a fast pace environment Perform basic mathematical calculations and follow standard work instructions Qualifications Fast pace environment Perform basic mathematical calculations and fo Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred Ability to work with others effectively as a part of a team is essential. Ability to follow standard work instructions is required.
