Location One Robert Wood Johnson Place, New Brunswick, NJ 08901 Department IV Therapy Position Details Status: Full-Time Shift: Day Work Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, some weekend and holiday rotation) Pay Range $47.85 – $71.72 per hour (anticipating New Jersey) Qualifications – Required BSN At least 3 years oncology experience Minimum of two (2) years PICC line and IV therapy experience Qualifications – Preferred Oncology / OCN Certification PICC line certification within 90 days of hire IV therapy certification within 90 days of hire Certifications and Licenses Required BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License Essential Functions Provide nursing care within scope of practice defined by Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards. Assure safety in practice and uphold evidence-based practice principles. Report safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors. Maintain knowledge of patient population served. Supervise and delegate tasks appropriately and collaborate with other providers. Set and evaluate priorities through appropriate interventions with measurable outcomes. Implement nursing process and individualize plan of care.
