Senior Marketing Analyst

Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to enhance GM Protection consumer acquisition and retention programs Drive analytics for marketing campaign performance across social media, app, web, and email channels Assess competitive benchmarks and market analytics to improve product performance Integrate multiple data sources to improve conversion through customer segmentation, channel attribution, funnel leakage analytics, next best offer, and ad hoc analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders to define strategic goals, OKRs, and KPIs and ensure accurate performance tracking Develop reporting and dashboards monitoring marketing campaign and channel behavior and performance Communicate results to internal audiences, including senior leaders, using data storytelling Identify data discrepancies and collaborate with Integration and Developer teams Design and manage controlled experiments and tests, including A/B and multivariate tests, end-to-end Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or other quantitative discipline; or equivalent work experience required 5+ years of total relevant experience required 2+ years of hands‑on experience with statistical analysis software (SAS, Python, SQL, etc.) required In‑depth understanding of statistical analysis and statistical concepts, including significance testing, sampling, probability, variation, correlation, and bias Knowledge of marketing measurement methodologies, including Test vs Control, A/B, Multivariate, Incrementality, Break-even, Lift, Regression, and Cluster analysis Experience measuring and optimizing digital marketing performance using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI Experience developing measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting Advanced knowledge of data warehouses, data mining, and data analysis techniques Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, or similar presentation and data storytelling tools Strong project management, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills Visa sponsorship is unavailable; candidates requiring visa sponsorship cannot be considered Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in statistical analysis and marketing measurement methodologies, with a strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
