Licensed Practical Nurse - Manteno

Responsibilities Processes patients from assessment to discharge in medications assisted treatment and drug free treatment programming. Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by Family Guidance Centers, Substance Use Prevention and Recovery, Clinical Sustainability Assessment Tool, and the Drug Enforcement Administration. Monitors the appropriateness of methadone and other medication dosages. Monitors the physical and mental health well-being of patients and documents findings. Must be available to travel if needed. Qualifications Education and/or Experience: One year experience in Behavioral Health Care or hospital setting. Good communication skills. General basic nursing and medical terminology knowledge. Knowledge of substance abuse pathology. Knowledge of all state and federal rules and regulations. Licenses/Certifications: L.P.N. registered in the State of Illinois and CPR certification required. Schedule & Details Schedule: Five days a week; rotating (6:00a - 2:30p) Start Date: ASAP Work Location: 333 W. Evergreen St., Manteno Pay Rate: $30.00 Drug Free Environment (including THC and/or CBD). DCFS clearance required.
