Supply Chain Analyst

Supply Chain AnalystPayrate: $36.00- $36.00/hr. The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and be responsible for key supply chain processes such as demand planning and drive PSI process with Product Managers and Key Account Managers. PSI is responsible for driving end-to-end demand planning and managing forecasts with analysis and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Responsibilities:Prepare material for Demand Planning (PSI) and business update meetings in which critical supply and demand issues are discussed for decisionsPerform planning to secure sales and production visibility through improvement and stabilization of logic that provides Return to Forecast (RTF)Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy, and achieve confirmation to standards and specifications.Support demand review processes through forecast inputs, reporting, and variance analysisRequisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.Other duties as assigned.Skills:Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.An innate ability to commit to short-term results while forecasting future revenue, and able to be held accountable for both short-term success and longer-term strategy.Strong collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Results-oriented; capable of significantly increasing business unit performance, as well as formulating and implementing strategic business decisions.Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.Education/Experience:1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and experience in managing and developing direct reportsMicrosoft Office is proficient, especially Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas).Bachelor's degree in business management or related study preferred.Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $36.00 - $36.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
