Responsibilities: * Assist orthodontists during patient examinations and procedures. * Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment to ensure a safe environment. * Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. * Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. * Manage patient records and scheduling efficiently. * Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience. * Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification preferred. * Previous experience as an orthodontic assistant or in a dental setting is a plus. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. * Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is advantageous. * Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality care. * Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred. * Positive attitude and a team player mentality. * Need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience About Us: Bernuy Orthodontics has been serving the Georgetown, TX community for over a decade, providing top-notch orthodontic care.
