Warehouse Associate Requirements

Ability and willingness to work in all warehouse departments
Flexibility to rotate between picking, packing, inbound, and outbound operations
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to workplace safety and proper material-handling procedures
Previous warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

Pick products accurately according to customer orders.
Pack merchandise securely for shipment.
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming products.
Prepare, stage, and process outbound orders.
Verify product numbers, quantities, and shipping information.
Move inventory and materials between warehouse departments.
Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and staging products.
Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory and order records.
Rotate between picking, packing, inbound, and outbound departments as assigned.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all warehouse, quality, and workplace-safety procedures.
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
