Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

$1836.00/week - Job Summary: Provide high-quality nursing care to Medical Surgical patients in a hospital setting, ensuring patient safety and optimal recovery. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and adhering to clinical protocols. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly. Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records. Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care. Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control standards. Qualifications: Current South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand prior to start. Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience. BLS certification required; additional certifications preferred. Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs. Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
