Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Michigan PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with mobility training, therapeutic exercise, transfers, and restorative programs preferred. Ability to document electronically in the facility’s EMR system preferred.

Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift Hours: 0830-1630. Work Pattern: 5x8. Contract Length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
