We are seeking a skilled and dependable professional to join our team and perform high-quality welding and fabrication work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with multiple welding processes, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing work that meets exacting standards.
Responsibilities- Perform welding and fabrication tasks using a combination of welding processes as assigned.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components with accuracy.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality, alignment, and adherence to specifications.
- Operate welding equipment, hand tools, and related fabrication machinery safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Identify equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
- Follow all applicable safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment.
- Previous experience in welding and metal fabrication preferred.
- Ability to perform combination welding work with consistency and precision.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints, measuring tools, and fabrication techniques.
- Knowledge of welding safety practices and proper equipment use.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to perform job duties that may include standing, bending, lifting, and working in varying conditions.
- Experience with MIG, TIG, Stick, or other relevant welding methods.
- Prior experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or fabrication environments.
- Welding certification or related technical training.
