Registered Nurse - Med Surg - Full-Time | Days | Nights

The Staff Pad is partnering with a respected healthcare organization in Las Vegas, NM, to hire compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses looking to make a meaningful impact, for their Medical Surgical team.

As a Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, individualized care to patients while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.

Schedule: Full-Time | Days | Nights

What You'll Do

Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care
  
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress
  
• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses
  
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
  
• Educate patients and families on treatment, recovery, and disease prevention
  
• Support patients through examinations, treatments, procedures, and recovery
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment
  

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
  
• 1+ year of Registered Nurse experience in a Medical Surgical setting preferred 
  
• Active New Mexico RN license & Current BLS certification
