Marketing Program Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Columbus, OH that is seeking a Marketing Program Manager.Summary:The Commercial Banking Marketing Operations Project Management Team is seeking an energetic, adaptable self-starter to facilitate project execution throughout the marketing lifecycle. This role partners daily with teams across the marketing organization to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in compliance with established procedures and controls.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to define creative development and channel distribution requirements
• Coordinate with Social, Creative, Content, Web, Email, and production teams to align resources, capacity, and SLAs with business deadlines
• Manage projects through internal systems, controls, and compliance requirements
• Develop contingency plans, resolve timeline challenges, and manage scope changes
• Educate employees on marketing systems, processes, and controls
• Lead daily status meetings to review incoming work, resource allocation, and outstanding issues
• Identify and recommend improvements to team processes and systems

Skills

• 2+ years of project management experience; marketing experience preferred
• Experience with Workfront, Basecamp, Monday.com, or similar platforms preferred
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of print, digital, and social marketing channels

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
