Civitas Senior Living is seeking a Senior Vice President of People Operations to lead three teams—People Operations, Recruiting, and Learning & Development—and to advise senior leadership on workforce decisions that impact operations. You will spend substantial time in Civitas communities, driving hiring, onboarding, investigations, training, and policy administration across multiple states.
