ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Brian Robinson Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, problem solving aptitude and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist clients with policy changes, payments, billing inquiries and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Schedule appointments. Other service duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, problem solver and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience required. Must currently have Illinois Property and Casualty licenses. Property, Casualty and life preferred. Specific customer service experience within the insurance industry preferred.
