Cardiac Ablation Specialist - Northern NJ

AtriCure seeks a Cardiac Ablation Specialist for Newark, NJ to provide clinical expertise and field sales support in cardiac surgery and electrophysiology environments. This role bridges clinical education and commercial strategy, working with sales teams and physicians to advance adoption of ablation and left atrial appendage management technologies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical and procedural support across cardiac operating rooms, EP labs, and catheterization labs
- Partner with sales managers to execute strategic account plans and identify growth opportunities
- Serve as trusted clinical resource to field sales, leadership, and healthcare providers
- Provide comprehensive surgical case coverage and clinical expertise during procedures
Requirements
- Clinical background in cardiac surgery, electrophysiology, or related cardiology field
- Experience with ablation procedures and cardiac device technologies
- Strong knowledge of atrial fibrillation treatment approaches and outcomes
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, surgeons, and sales professionals
- Excellent clinical communication and education skills
