START DATE: 9/16, 9/23 or 9/30 CONTRACT LENGTH: 8, 10 or 13wks SHIFT: AM or PM WEEKLY HOURS: 36 or 48hrs Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high‑quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. MED SURG FLOORS 6th Floor = Ortho & Post Op 7th Floor = Neuro 8th Floor = Oncology, Hematology, Nephrology, Endocrine, GI & Dermatology PAY PACKAGES 36hrs = $2500/weekly ($37.17/hr, $55.75 OT, $1162 per diem) 48hrs = $3400/weekly ($43.04/hr, $64.56 OT, $1162 per diem) Required Licensure: NY RN License (in hand, cannot be pending) Required Certification: AHA; BLS *MUST BE COMFORTABLE FLOATING BETWEEN ALL 3 M/S FLOORS* Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in medical/surgical settings Monitor and assess patients' conditions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and management Assist in procedures such as specimen collection processing and wound care Maintain accurate medical records Join our team of healthcare professionals dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our patients every day.
