Should have an understanding of cloud concepts (Storage / compute / network)/ppWorking experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools such as Git/Jenkins/ppWorking Experience with Monitoring and dashboarding tools; Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk, Kibana/ppExperience with ServiceNow, Jira, Incident, Problem, Change Management, etc./ppServer administration: GCP, Windows, Backup, Storage and Network devices/ppManage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration.
