About the Role:

As an LVN, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to our patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Your duties will include:

• Providing direct patient care , including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Assisting with daily living activities , such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and communicating effectively with healthcare professionals
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current LVN licensure in the state of California
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records , and to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
• Physical ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients , and to perform other physical demands of the job
