Ophthalmic Technician - Full-time

As an Ophthalmic Technician, you will be joining a team of fun, energetic individuals some of whom have been working at St Luke's for over 30 years (that should speak volumes). Must be flexible and able to travel between various St Luke's locations in the Tampa Bay Region (Tarpons Springs and Spring Hill).

At St Luke's, we invest in your success from day one. We offer a paid, hands-on training program (6-8 weeks) where you'll gain the skills needed to launch a career in ophthalmology - no prior experience required. You will receive hands-on training in a fully equipped, high-tech facility, working alongside world-renowned medical professionals. The training program is located at our Tarpon Springs office - Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Come work for a family owned practice that has been in business for over 57 years.

What you'll do:

• Learn the fundamentals of eye care through our structured, hands-on training program
• Work directly with patients, guiding them through their appointments
• Perform diagnostic tests and assist physicians during exams
• Maintain a friendly, welcoming environment for patients
• Use state-of-the-art technology to provide top-quality care
