Director Of FinanceSystem One is assisting a Tulsa company with a search for a Director of Finance. The successful candidate will work with others who excel in their areas of expertise. This is a direct-hire, on-site leadership role with competitive benefits and strong long-term stability.Responsibilities:Lead the company's finance function, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting, and compliancePartner with operations to drive profitability, improve working capital, and support better decision-making through actionable financial insightsOversee month-end and year-end close processes and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting for leadership and key stakeholdersGuide cost accounting, inventory accounting, and product costing to strengthen margin reporting and operational visibilityManage relationships with external partners (banks, auditors, advisors) and support risk management and internal controlsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA and/or MBA preferred)10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility for a teamStrong background in manufacturing finance, including cost accounting, inventory, and variance analysisExperience using ERP/financial systems to improve reporting, controls, and process efficiency (ERP implementation experience a plus)Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionallySalary: $160,000 - $175,000System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
