Job Overview The RN Nurse Manager – Labor & Delivery / Mother Baby Unit provides strategic and operational leadership for the department, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and compassionate care for mothers and newborns. This role manages daily operations, staffing, and clinical standards while supporting nursing excellence, regulatory compliance, and professional development.
