Epic Technical Managed Services Analyst
Temporary
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Epic Technical Managed Services Analyst in New York, NY. We are looking to identify strong Epic certified analysts who can operate within a managed services delivery model. The role will primarily support:
- Incident management and resolution
- Service request fulfillment
- System maintenance and optimization activities
- Epic upgrades and enhancement initiatives
- Ongoing operational support and continuous improvement efforts
- Epic certification in the applicable module with 3+ years of hands-on Epic experience
- Experience supporting complex healthcare organizations and collaborating across technical and business teams
- Strong expertise supporting Epic applications in a production or managed services environment
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional, client-facing presence with a commitment to service excellence and accountability
- Ability to thrive in a transition-focused role, beginning with knowledge transfer and onboarding before moving into long-term operational support
