Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America) Responsibilities Assume 24-hour responsibility for overall assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care on the unit. Coordinate and control all nursing activities and assume administrative and managerial responsibilities on a 24 hr basis. Monitor patient care to ensure delivery is consistent with hospital and nursing department policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state DOH, JCAHO, and other accrediting agency standards. Qualifications Master's degree required. Minimum 5 years Medical/Surgical or clinical experience required. Previous supervisory responsibilities required. NYS RN license required.
