Opportunity Highlights
- 4-day workweek
- Practice at an outpatient Rural Health Clinic
- Join 1 Psychiatrist, 1 NP, 4 LCSW’s, 3 Community Health workers, 2 Behavioral Health Specialists, and experienced nursing staff
- Epic EMR
Compensation and Benefits Package
- $385,000+ Total Compensation
- Production Bonuses and up to $45,500 in Quality Incentives
- $30,000 Commencement Bonus plus Relocation Assistance
- Comprehensive benefits include health insurance; qualifies for PSLF; student loan repayment options through HRSA (behavioral health score 18), NHSC, and state programs (tax-free up to $150k); 401k retirement plan with match; paid malpractice; $8k annual allowance for CME, licensing, dues, subscriptions; paid CME time; and much more
