Role Description This full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Psychologist is based in Winter Haven, FL, with some flexibility to work from home. The psychologist will conduct structured C&P evaluations for veterans, including clinical interviews, psychological assessments, and thorough documentation aligned with VA guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing medical and service records, administering and interpreting standardized measures, and preparing clear, evidence-based reports that support disability determinations. The role involves collaborating with clinical and administrative team members to ensure exams are timely, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards. The psychologist is expected to maintain high ethical and professional standards, prioritize trauma-informed care, and provide a respectful, validating experience for each veteran. Qualifications Active, unrestricted license as a Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Florida; eligibility or licensure in additional states is a plus. Demonstrated experience in psychological assessment, including clinical interviewing, diagnostic formulation, and use of standardized testing. Strong skills in clinical documentation and report writing, with attention to detail, clarity, and evidence-based reasoning. Knowledge of trauma-informed care, military and veteran populations, and conditions commonly seen in C&P evaluations (e.g., PTSD, depression, anxiety, TBI). Ability to interpret medical and service records, follow structured protocols, and apply relevant regulations or guidelines (VA experience preferred). Comfort working in a hybrid environment with proficiency in electronic health records, telehealth platforms, and basic office software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to culturally competent, non-judgmental, and respectful care. Ability to manage a consistent caseload, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Prior experience with forensic, disability, or compensation evaluations is beneficial but not required. Board certification or pursuit of board certification is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
