Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic tech and communications location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the site. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.36 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor and/or vendor access when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to site procedures. Document daily activities, incidents, and/or observations in required reports, and support access control and badge-related processes in line with location guidelines. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
