Senior Medicare Consultant

Serving as a functional liaison between the Intake team and operations teams, the full-time Senior STARS Consultant will support Medicare and Star Ratings initiatives by reviewing project scope, managing production and system change requests, and facilitating communication across business units in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Review project scope and support business needs throughout the delivery cycle for medium-complexity initiatives Manage production and system change requests to deliver enterprise initiatives effectively Facilitate communication of changes and operational updates to impacted business units to ensure successful implementation Required qualifications Bachelor's degree 5 years of healthcare industry or health insurance work experience Previous experience with Medicare Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks Experience interacting with senior management and staff across multiple departments
