Sales/Marketing - Visual Merchandising Coordinator

Job-ID28862922Reference26-19912Salary$30.14 / hour This role is responsible for creating and distributing monthly Marketing and Visual Merchandising Guidelines to more than 1,000 stores across multiple store formats and design concepts. This includes 22+ versions for LensCrafters and approximately 10 versions for For Eyes. Key responsibilities include overseeing all monthly store marketing materials and merchandising directives. The ideal candidate excels at handling a high volume of documents and communications, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and brings strong project management capabilities. Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and distribute monthly marketing and visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring timely delivery to all stores.
• Support new store openings, remodels, and relocations by providing updated guidelines and materials as needed, including graphics checklist.
• Assist in creating new guidelines and supporting materials for ongoing and upcoming special projects.
• Support the props checklist.
• Own and maintain the prop catalog.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—primarily InDesign—with a strong background in graphic design; experience with 2D and 3D renderings is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a multi-brand retail environment.
• Proven ability to create and manage a high volume of associate-facing documents.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
