In this role, you'll help individuals and families understand available life insurance and supplemental health benefit options through convenient, virtual Zoom appointments.

This opportunity combines customer service, benefits education, client relationship management, and consultative insurance sales . Rather than traveling to client locations, you'll conduct presentations and complete enrollments electronically from your home office.

We welcome entry-level applicants who demonstrate strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

No previous insurance experience is required. Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

What You'll Do — Daily Responsibilities

As a Digital Life & Health Benefits Advisor, you will:

• Connect with company-provided warm leads and existing clients.

• Schedule and conduct virtual insurance consultations through Zoom.

• Build professional relationships with individuals and families.

• Assess client needs and identify appropriate benefit options.

• Explain available life insurance and supplemental health coverage.

• Educate clients about policy features, benefits, and enrollment options.

• Answer questions and help clients make informed coverage decisions.

• Assist qualified clients with electronic applications and enrollments.

• Maintain accurate client information and follow-up records.

• Provide ongoing service and develop long-term client relationships.

• Participate in virtual team meetings, product training, and coaching sessions.

• Work toward individual production and professional development goals.

No traditional cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, or in-person client meetings required.

Required Qualifications

Training, Licensing & Equipment

Licensing: Candidates who are not currently licensed will receive guidance on obtaining the required Life and Health insurance license. Licensing, examination, background screening, and applicable state fees are the candidate's responsibility.

Equipment: Representatives must provide their own computer, reliable internet service, and home-office equipment. The company provides access to its electronic presentation and enrollment systems.

Training is provided at no cost but is not hourly compensated.
