Position Overview: Our agency is growing and looking for a motivated Insurance Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping individuals and families protect what matters most.

As an Insurance Producer, you will work with customers to understand their needs and recommend insurance solutions that provide the right protection. You will also play an important role in growing the agency by developing new relationships and maintaining strong connections with existing customers.

Responsibilities:

Build relationships with new and existing customers

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products

Educate customers on coverage options and policy benefits

Generate new business through outreach, referrals, and community engagement

Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities

Provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales process

Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

Comfortable speaking with customers and presenting solutions

Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty insurance license (must have willingness to obtain)

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or business development

Experience working in insurance or financial services
