Spa Sales Team Supervisor

Overview Elements Massage® is seeking a Sales Supervisor to oversee sales and front desk operations for a small team in a Massage Therapy wellness studio. The role provides a path to management with growth opportunities, with the goal of developing the selected candidate into the next Sales Manager within the year. Responsibilities Oversee sales and front desk operations for a small team. Supervise, coach, and develop team members to support growth within the organization. Lead operations in an organized and efficient manner to ensure smooth day-to-day activity. Implement structure, policies, and procedures. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain service standards. Apply effective sales techniques and strategies to achieve targets. Identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and hold employees accountable. Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing; maintain strong interpersonal relations. Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills; adapt to flexible days and hours (including nights, weekends, and holidays). Facilitate training and motivation of the team; familiarity with MindBody Software, Google Docs, and Excel is a plus. Qualifications Experience supervising a team with motivation to grow within the organization. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way. Passion for coaching and development. Ability to implement structure, policies, and procedures. Customer service oriented with experience in effective sales. Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Flexibility to work varied days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience or familiarity with MindBody Software is a plus; comfortable with Google Docs and Excel. Experience with massage and esthetics is a plus. Benefits $17 per hour, plus sales commissions and bonus structure.
