As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol in Stockton, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and tenants. Pay Rate: $20.34 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and mall location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail common areas, storefronts, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, assisting with visitor directions, tenant inquiries, and customer-service needs in accordance with site procedures.
• Document incidents, patrol findings, and relevant observations accurately and promptly using required reporting tools and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
