  • The pay for this position is $30.00 per hour. Shift differential may also apply, and the position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year.

  • Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure and level-up development programs.

• Available Shift(s):

  • The schedule for this position is Wednesday - Saturday. You'll work four 10-hour shifts each week, starting at 2:00 A.M.

• Local Routes with two overnight hotel stays required each week

Primary Job Accountabilities:

WhatYou'llDo:

• As a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver, you willoperatean automatic straight truck (12,000-20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe,accuratedeliveries and excellent customer service.

• Safelyconnecttotruck hoses tocustomeroiltanksto load and unload cooking oil

• Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs

• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service

• Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safetystandard.

Education, Requirements & Competencies:

MinimumRequirements:

• Mustbe at least 21 years old.

• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement

• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.)

• Strong safety mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED highly preferred

• 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience

• Bilingual

• Comfortable using hand tools andperformingbasic troubleshooting

• Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No speeding over 100 mph

• Drug & Alcohol Compliance: This position requires the operation of a DOT-regulated vehicle, and candidates will be subject to passing a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test. Please be advised, a positive result for any controlled substance will disqualify applicants; including marijuana (THC), even if it is legal under state or local law.Additionally, Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.
