This role will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to handle a diverse range of corporate, real estate, and business law matters. You will be challenged with complex legal issues and will be expected to provide high-quality legal advice to our clients. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on corporate, real estate, and business law matters. Conduct thorough legal research to support cases and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to clients\' matters. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements to protect clients\' interests. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating effectively for their rights. Collaborate with the legal team to develop effective case strategies and ensure high-quality service delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all matters. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admitted to the Minnesota State Bar and in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on corporate, real estate, and business law. Proven experience in legal research and writing; ability to draft and review legal documents and contracts. Excellent negotiation and representation skills with a track record of advocacy for clients. Strong knowledge of state and federal laws, court procedures, precedents, and agency rules. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex legal issues clearly. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines. High ethical standards and professionalism with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity. Proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
