You’ll be part of a highly experienced, collaborative, forward‑thinking survey team that values precision, creativity, and growth. This role gives you the autonomy to manage projects from start to finish, supported by experienced office and field teams. What You’ll Do Partner closely with Project Managers to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules for land development projects of all sizes. Lead and oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys with accuracy and efficiency. Use technical expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center to process data, create detailed plats, exhibits, and maps, and ensure high‑quality deliverables. Review and verify survey calculations and field data, ensuring precision and compliance with project standards. Collaborate daily with engineers, contractors, and clients – you’ll be the trusted survey voice on the team. Continue developing your skills through paid training, industry events, and professional networking opportunities. What You Bring Deep understanding of boundary, ALTA, legal descriptions, easements, title review, and real‑estate documents. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.
