We are currently looking for a highly connected, energetic, and strategic Brand Ambassador in the Austin, TX area. What You Will Do As our boots on the ground, you will be the face and voice of our new brand in your city. Your core objectives will include: Market Penetration: Spearheading the local launch strategy, identifying and targeting key accounts, premium venues, and influential retail partners in the Austin area. Brand Evangelism: Host tasting events, industry nights, and grassroots marketing activations (pop up events, etc.) to build organic hype and brand loyalty. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local distributors, bartenders, hospitality managers, and lifestyle influencers. Social Media Activation: Identify and collaborate with local and regional influencers and orchestrate social media campaigns. Market Intelligence: Act as the eyes and ears of the brand. Gather real-time feedback on consumer trends, competitor movements, and local market dynamics to inform our national expansion strategy. Sales alignment: Work closely with leadership to drive volume and ensure optimal product placement. Who You Are The Ultimate Insider: You have a deep understanding of the local hospitality and beverage scene in and around Austin, with an existing network of industry contacts. A Natural Storyteller: You are charismatic, outgoing, and know how to captivate an audience when talking about premium, high-quality products. Entrepreneurial & Self-Driven: You thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced environment and don't need a playbook to figure out how to win. Industry Experienced: You have experience in field marketing, brand representation, and/or sales within the beverage or premium lifestyle sectors. Professional: You are highly customer-centric, service oriented and understand the nuances of building and maintaining the image of a premium brand.
