Senior Delivery Lead

Leading multiple client engagements, the full-time Senior Delivery Lead will own the project lifecycle from discovery to deployment, ensuring timely and budget-conscious outcomes while collaborating with executive stakeholders and directing a team of analytics professionals. Key responsibilities Own client engagements, managing the entire process from initial discussions to deployed infrastructure Serve as the senior consultant, translating business questions into scoped analytics problems and presenting progress to stakeholders Lead multidisciplinary teams, orchestrating workflows to maximize building efficiency and maintain high output standards Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in consulting or professional services delivering data analytics or AI projects Fluency in the modern data stack, including dbt, Snowflake, or BigQuery Proven ability to lead teams in agile or Kanban models Strong executive communication skills, capable of translating technical work for business audiences Experience in developing and defending strategic roadmaps for data initiatives
