Locations: Wilmington, DE & Easton, MD
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Pay Rate: $32.00 – $34.00/hour
Shift Differential: Available
Relocation Assistance: Discussed during the interview
State Licensure Reimbursement: Available after 90 days of employment

About the Role

Radiologic Technologist to provide mobile X-ray and EKG services to patients in skilled nursing facilities, correctional facilities, home health settings, and other healthcare locations. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while making a meaningful impact by bringing diagnostic imaging directly to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform portable digital X-ray examinations (DR/CR) as ordered by physicians.
• Obtain high-quality diagnostic images and transmit them to radiologists for interpretation.
• Perform EKGs when required and transmit results to cardiologists.
• Transport, unload, and operate portable X-ray equipment safely at various healthcare facilities.
• Scan and submit exam documentation and billing paperwork daily.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, management, and healthcare staff.
• Ensure proper maintenance of company vehicle and imaging equipment.
• Deliver compassionate, professional patient care while following all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT Certification (Required)
• Active State Radiologic Technologist License in Delaware or Maryland (Limited licenses not accepted)
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel between healthcare facilities
• COVID-19 Vaccination (or approved exemption)
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to push and pull portable X-ray equipment weighing 50–100 lbs (with ramps and pulleys).
• Frequently move imaging equipment throughout healthcare facilities and patient homes.
• Ability to perform physical tasks multiple times throughout the workday.
