Licensed Clinician – Roxboro, NC

Location: Roxboro, NC — In-Person or Hybrid
Position: 1 Opening
Salary: $50,000–$60,000+ based on licensure and experience

We are seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our behavioral health team in Roxboro, NC. Candidates with strong clinical skills and a commitment to supporting individuals and families affected by behavioral health and substance use disorders are encouraged to apply.

Job Overview

The Licensed Clinician will conduct clinical assessments and provide individual and group psychotherapy to clients in the community as well as individuals residing in our halfway houses.

Our clinicians work with a diverse population, including many Medicaid clients, and collaborate closely with peer support specialists and prescribing providers to coordinate comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy
• Serve clients in community-based settings and halfway houses
• Collaborate with peer support specialists and prescribers
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support clients with behavioral health and/or substance use needs
• Participate in ongoing clinical training and professional development

Qualifications

Required:

• LCSWA or LCMHCA

Preferred:

• LCSW or LCMHC
• LCAS or LCASA
• Candidates willing to register for LCASA after hire are encouraged to apply

Compensation

Our typical salary range is $50,000–$60,000 , depending on licensure status and experience. For the Roxboro and Warrenton areas , we may be able to offer compensation above the typical range for qualified candidates.

Compensation is also influenced by work arrangement:

• Fully in-person: Highest salary potential
• Hybrid: Competitive salary
• Fully remote: Lower salary potential, with all other factors being equal
