Project Manager

Project ManagerProject managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude. Responsibilities:Coordinate efforts between sales, production, engineering, suppliers, clients, and third parties throughout the course of each project.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budgetDeveloping project scopes and objectivesEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop detailed project plans to track progressManage changes in project scope, schedule and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationRequirements:Proven working experience as a project administratorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365Proficiency in Excel including Ghantt Charts, Pivot Tables, Cost AnalysisPMP certification is a plusBenefits:Louis Allis offer a comprehensive benefits package to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Holidays and a 401K plan.
