Field Sales RepAustin, TX, US On-site Personal, Care, & Household Services $USD 65000 - 70000 Direct HireOur client, a growing organization within the multifamily services industry, is seeking a Field Sales Representative to support business development efforts throughout the Austin market. This is an outside sales role focused on building relationships, generating new business, and growing market share within a defined territory.The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys being out in the field, meeting with customers, and developing long-term business relationships. While sales experience is important, we would especially love to see candidates coming from the multifamily, property management, apartment services, facilities services, or related industries who already understand the market and key decision-makers.Position OverviewThis is a relationship-driven outside sales position responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and expanding an existing customer base. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time in the field meeting with property managers, regional managers, ownership groups, and other key stakeholders throughout the Austin area.Candidates should be comfortable prospecting, generating leads, conducting presentations, and managing their own sales territory.Key Responsibilities• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and field-based outreach• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, regional managers, ownership groups, and key decision-makers• Manage and grow an existing customer base throughout the assigned territory• Conduct sales presentations, proposal meetings, and customer consultations• Develop territory growth strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales goals• Track sales activity, opportunities, and customer information within CRM systems• Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and long-term client retention• Travel throughout the Austin market to support business development effortsQualifications• 1-3 years of sales, business development, account management, or related experience• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset• Comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting with customers• Experience prospecting and generating new business opportunities• Strong organizational and follow-up skillsPreferred Qualifications• Experience within the multifamily housing industry• Property management, apartment industry, facilities services, construction services, or related industry background• Existing relationships within the Austin multifamily market• Outside sales or territory management experience• Bachelor's degree preferred but not requiredSchedule & Territory• Tuesday-Thursday: Field-based meetings and customer visits throughout the Austin market• Monday & Friday: Work from home/territory planning and administrative responsibilitiesCompensation• Base salary: $60,000-$70,000• Uncapped commission opportunityBy submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
