Job Description Job Description Nest Managers is seeking an energetic, organized, and professional Leasing & Social Media Specialist to manage leasing inquiries, support front-office operations, and create engaging social media content. Responsibilities Respond promptly to rental inquiries and consistently follow up with prospective residents. Schedule showings and guide applicants through the leasing and move-in process. Answer phones, greet visitors, route messages, and provide general office support. Maintain accurate prospect, showing, and leasing records. Create and post professional photos, videos, reels, stories, and property highlights. Respond to social media messages and help generate qualified leasing leads. Assist with listings, applications, lease preparation, keys, and move-in coordination. Ensure properties are confirmed market-ready before advertising. Qualifications Excellent communication, customer-service, and organizational skills. Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience creating content for Facebook and Instagram. Comfortable using Canva, video-editing tools, and office technology. Leasing, real estate, sales, hospitality, or receptionist experience preferred. Knowledge of Fayetteville and Fort Bragg is a plus. The ideal candidate is friendly, creative, dependable, comfortable on camera, and able to provide an excellent experience for prospects, residents, owners, and visitors.
